Date of Incident: August 07, 2001 Incident/Extent of Damage: A hydrochloric acid container was improperly loaded onto a forklift and subsequently slid off and spilled, resulting in the acid off-gassing and contaminating the entire manufacturing and warehouse facility. Universal Restoration Services Solution: Within hours of the incident, Universal Restoration Services assembled its team, the scope of work, and preliminary hazardous materials clean-up schedule.
